"ALL POLITICAL POWER IS INHERENT IN THE PEOPLE"

March 2, 1998 "ALL POLITICAL POWER IS INHERENT IN THE PEOPLE" ...
NOT IN THE INCORPORATED PUBLIC SERVANTS
An open letter for all County Sheriffs, as Chief Executive officer of your County:
As you know, the People who elected you to your present position of trust, understood, and do believe - based on your campaign language - that you are quite knowledgeable in the law, and that you are willing and able to carry out your OATH OF OFFICER, (a non bribery statement) on file in the office of the Secretary of State, and your OATH OF OFFICE, pledging your support to uphold, protect and defend the Constitution for the Government of Texas. As you are the arm of enforcement for the limitations and restraints placed on the said Government by the Consenting Governed. Therefore, we believe this to be the number 1 priority duty of your Office, that is to know and understand the Controlling Constitution, its intent and purpose, which is so forcefully stated by the Founders of this Great Republic of Texas in their Declaration of Independence and proposed Constitution of April 13, 1833:
"Article 1. All Power is inherent in the People;...Article 2. Government being instituted for the protection and common benefit of all persons, the slavish doctrine of non-resistance against arbitrary power and oppression is discarded, as destructive of the happiness of mankind, and as insulting to the rights, and subversive to the liberties of any people."
And in the words penned by the Founders of the Great American Republic, as Representatives of the 13 Colonies; quoted here in pertinent parts:
"When in the course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another,...that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights,...But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and provide new Guards for their future security."
And as it was then, it is also now a comparatively small percentage of the total population that feel the same urgency that the evils are no longer sufferable, the same as the few men that stepped across the line that Col. Travis drew in the sand in the courtyard of the Alamo, and the minutemen at Concord. But there are large numbers of the body Politic, "We the People" that are supportive of this Cause.
But, in this instant case, our Nation is already in existence, and only requires the People's Recognition, and acknowledgment. To this end we are bringing forth the historical documents that expose the great exploitation of our people. We believe you will agree with our premise, or at least understand why we believe we are right.

This is our prayer: May our Creator lead, guide and protect all the people of Texas, as this great awakening process begins to move across our Land.
As we proclaim Liberty throughout the land, we come in peace, armed only with the truth as research has produced. We ask only that you look and listen as we attempt to bring forth the Rebirth of our great Republic of Texas. It will be a real blessing for us all. A lot of people have researched this project and found proof of these actually being the facts of the matter. Now we present our findings to as many Citizens of Texas as we can reach, in preparation for a great referendum in the near future. MAY FREEDOM RING THROUGHOUT TEXAS AS WE REMEMBER THE ALAMO, GOLIAD, SAN JACINTO, and now MT. CARMEL at WACO.
We are very anxious to gain an audience with our Sheriffs and Peace Officers, and all who have an ear to hear, for we believe when you see the Historical Documents, your heart and mind will grasp the truth.
