There can no longer be any doubt – the forces of tyranny are running wild across our once great Republic. The time has come for all good men and women to rally to the aid of their country. We have now entered a historic crossroads that will decide the destiny of the United States. Arrogance and corruption has long festered in Washington DC, but the last decade has seen an extreme acceleration of criminal looting and attacks on liberty – every freedom is under sustained assault.

We the People, the rightful masters of this Republic, will either rise up through Congress and the states or we can trade in our birthright of liberty for the chains of a technocratic slavery. Below we list some of the more egregious acts of seditious treason against the Republic of the United States. Anyone who wishes to continue to live in a free country and to pass that birthright on to their children must research this document and then lobby state legislatures and the Congress to do their duty and remove the would-be dictator.

The time has now come for a bill of impeachment to be introduced and debated in Congress. Obama’s crimes are public, and the debate in the House will serve as a court in which to display the tyrannical activities of President Obama and his cohorts. As in the case of Richard Nixon, the exposure of Obama’s crimes may cause him to resign in disgrace. If he does not step down, the full House will then vote to begin the impeachment trial in the US Senate. The time has now come to make your decision – to stand up to evil or get on your knees as a willing slave.

Articles of Impeachment Against Barack Hussein Obama – Filed by Citizen Alexander Emric Jones, January 15, 2013.

- He has clearly communicated his intent to eviscerate the second amendment rights of American citizens by pursuing executive orders to curtail the right to keep and bear arms without congressional authorization and in violation of the second amendment.

Below, Congressman Stockman has pledged to move for impeachment against Obama. I am standing up against Obama right beside him, will you?

“The President’s actions are an existential threat to this nation,” reads a statement by Rep. Steve Stockman. “The right of the people to keep and bear arms is what has kept this nation free and secure for over 200 years. The very purpose of the Second Amendment is to stop the government from disallowing people the means to defend themselves against tyranny. Any proposal to abuse executive power and infringe upon gun rights must be repelled with the stiffest legislative force possible.”

- He has aided America’s enemies, violating his oath, by sending funds to insurgents in Syria who are being commanded by Al-Qaeda terrorists.

- He has violated federal law by overseeing a cover-up surrounding Operation Fast and Furious, the transfer of guns to Mexican drug cartels direct from the federal government.

- He has lied to the American people by overseeing a cover-up of the Benghazi attack which directly led to the deaths of four American citizens. The cover-up has been called “Obama’s Watergate,” yet four months after the incident, no one in the administration has been held accountable.

- He has brazenly undermined the power of Congress by insisting his authority came from the United Nations Security Council prior to the attack on Libya and that Congressional approval was not necessary. “I don’t even have to get to the Constitutional question,” said Obama. This is an act that “constitutes an impeachable high crime and misdemeanor under article II, section 4 of the Constitution,” according to Congressman Walter Jones.

- He has flagrantly violated article 1, section 9, clause 8 of the Constitution by accepting rotating status as chairman of the United Nations Security Council. The clause states, “No title of nobility shall be granted by the United States; and no person holding any office of profit or trust under them, shall without consent of Congress accept of any present, emolument, office, or title, of any kind whatever, from any King, Prince, or foreign State.”

- He has ignored Congressional rejection of the cybersecurity bill and instead indicated he will pursue an unconstitutional executive order.

- He has signed into law the National Defense Authorization Act which includes provisions that permit the abduction and military detention without trial of U.S. citizens, violating Habeas Corpus. Despite Obama claiming he would not use the provisions to incarcerate U.S. citizens, it was his administration that specifically demanded these powers be included in the final NDAA bill.

- He has enacted universal health care mandates that force Americans to buy health insurance, a clear violation of the Constitution in exceeding congressional power to regulate interstate commerce. Obama has also handed out preferential waivers to corporations friendly to his administration.

- He has declared war on America’s coal industry by promising to bankrupt any company that attempts to build a new coal plant while using unconstitutional EPA regulations to strangle competition, ensuring Americans see their energy costs rise year after year.

- He has violated the Constitution’s Takings and Due Process Clauses when he bullied the secured creditors of automaker Chrysler into accepting 30 cents on the dollar while politically connected labor unions and preferential others received better deals.

- He has violated Article II of the Constitution by using signing statements as part of his executive usurpation of power.

“I will seek to thwart this action by any means necessary, including but not limited to eliminating funding for implementation, defunding the White House, and even filing articles of impeachment.”

For these, and other offenses which constitute high crimes and misdemeanors, including perjury of oath, abuse of authority, bribery, intimidation, misuse of assets, failure to supervise, dereliction of duty, conduct unbecoming and refusal to obey a lawful order, we call for the immediate impeachment of Barack H. Obama.

Impeachment Clauses

Article 1, Section 2, Clause 5
The House of Representatives shall chuse their Speaker and other Officers; and shall have the sole Power of Impeachment.
Article 1, Section 3, Clauses 6 and 7
The Senate shall have the sole Power to try all Impeachments. When sitting for that Purpose, they shall be on Oath or Affirmation. When the President of the United States is tried the Chief Justice shall preside; And no Person shall be convicted without the Concurrence of two thirds of the Members present.
Judgement in Cases of Impeachment shall not extend further than to removal from Office, and disqualification to hold and enjoy any Office of honor, Trust or Profit under the United States: but the Party convicted shall nevertheless be liable and subject to Indictment, Trial, Judgement and Punishment, according to Law.
Article 2, Section 4
The President, Vice President and all Civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.
Article 3, Section 1
. . . The Judges, both of the supreme and inferior Courts, shall hold their Offices during good Behaviour. . . .

Punishment of the King of Babylon as the King of Assyria.

Note# We all know who the King of Babylon is currently in 2012 and it appears that his henchmen is going to get taken out by the angel of Yahweh/Jehovah. Then he will have to go back to Kenya in great shame and Embarrassment and see that Allah will not save him and he is Killed by his own people in Kenya.

Back in 2009 a Prophet out in California Prophesied that this King of Babylon would be killed by his own people, Then this year 2012 a Female Prophet Prophesied that this King of Babylon would end up going back to his home country in total Shame and Embarrassment.  

These 2 Prophecies directly correlate with  2Ch 32:21.

Eze 31:3  Behold, the Assyrian was a cedar in Lebanon with fair branches, and with a shadowing shroud, and of an high stature; and his top was among the thick boughs.

Note# The waters made him great, The U.N. and C.F.R, NATO, Skull and Bones and the Elitist Bankers.

Note# Pass through Judah, hummm the threat to cause the U.N. Named Israel or Bible named Judah go back to the pre 1967 borders.

Note# What did we see happen to Egypt and Libya and Syria in the last 2 years???? This King of Babylon thinks he did it with his might, but has no clue that Yahweh/Jehovah was using him and his henchmen and the woman that called for the cease fire.

Note# This King of Babylon had better be in Reverent Respectful Fear of God/Yahweh/Jehovah, due to the fact God/Yahweh/Jehovah is out to take this King of Babylon Down.
With this alleged Firearm grab, this man has gone way to far and has crossed the line, and Yahweh/Jehovah's anger and fury has already welled up in His Nostrils, and that started when he stated that there is no God but Allah.
The Holy Spirit (Ruach/Kodesh) keeps saying this man is going to try to pull something Big, Really Big and then it will not work, because Yahweh/Jehovah will not allow it to work, and this man will be removed and he will hang his head in SHAME and Embarrassment and go home and find out that Allah will not save him from the Judgement and Fury of Yahweh/Jehovah and his own people will kill him.

Two Constitutions and Fraud. The united states of America Vs. the UNITED STATES.


In 1995 The Republican Party of Texas recognized, that the acts of the Congressional Body and the Office of the President of the united States of America created a Purported (Fraudulent) Emergency condition, and that on and after March 6, 1933 the same said Public Offices effectively impaired and suspended the Constitution of the United States only, "Not" the Constitution for the united states of America.
Whereas: The Constitution of the United States is no more than a Corporate Charter.
Therefore: The Constitution for the united states of America with its original 13 Amendments still stands Ordained and Established by the People.
Whereas: The same said Public Offices mentioned above Effectively suspended and Impaired the Constitution of the United States, (A Corporate Charter) Pursuant to  February 21, 1871 and the Forty-First Congress is in session. I refer you to the "Acts of the Forty-First Congress," Section 34, Session III, chapters 61 and 62, And Pursuant to the UNITED STATES CODE (note the capitalization, indicating the corporation, not the Republic) Title 28 3002 (15) (A) (B) (C). It is stated unequivocally that the UNITED STATES is a corporation, (15) "United States" means —
   (A) a Federal corporation;   (B) an agency, department, commission, board, or other entity of the United States; or
   (C) an instrumentality of the United States.

That all that part of the territory of the United States included within the limits of the District of Columbia be, and the same is hereby, created into a government by the name of the District of Columbia, by which name it is hereby constituted a body corporate for municipal purposes, and may contract and be contracted with, sue and be sued, plead and be impleaded, have a seal, and exercise all other powers of a municipal corporation not inconsistent with the constitution and laws of the United States and the provisions of this act.' 'Sec. 18. That the legislative power of the District shall [129 U.S. 141, 144]   extend to all rightful subjects of legislation within said District, consistent with the constitution of the United States and the provisions of this act, subject, nevertheless, to all the restrictions and limitations imposed upon states by the tenth section of the first article of the constitution of the United States; but all acts of the legislative assembly shall at all times be subject to repeal or modification by the congress of the United States, and nothing herein shall be construed to deprive congress of the power of legislation over said District in as ample manner as if this law had not been enacted.' Whereas: The Constitution does provide that Congress has the power to exercise exclusive legislation in all cases whatsoever over such DISTRICT NOT EXCEEDING TEN MILES SQUARE, as may, by session of particular states and the acceptance of Congress, become the seat of government of the United States.
And Whereas: On February 21, 1871, the Forty First Congress passed an act entitled "An Act to Provide a Government for the District of Columbia," legislating the organization of a municipal corporation to run the day to day affairs of the District of Columbia, the seat of government, which transferred the United States of America, the Republic, into "a corporate entity" entitled UNITED STATES, in capital letters, having "no" jurisdiction outside the District of Columbia.
And Whereas: Congress adopted the text of the federal constitution as the constitution or charter of this municipal corporation. This municipal corporation was granted the power to contract to provide municipal services to the inhabitants of the District of Columbia and necessarily as an operation of the privileges and immunity clause of Article Four of the Constitution, any other person who chooses to contract for its services.

 "The Constitution for the united states of America".

The altered version reads: "THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA". It is the corporate constitution. It is NOT the same document you might think it is. The corporate constitution operates in an economic capacity and has been used to fool the People into thinking it is the same parchment that governs the Republic. It absolutely is not. 

 So, Congress committed TREASON against the People, who were considered Sovereign under the Declaration of Independence and the organic Constitution

 The UNITED STATES government is basically a corporate instrument of the international bankers. 

 Treason was committed against the People in 1871 by the Congress. This could have been corrected through the decades by some honest men (assuming there were some), but it was not, mainly due to lust for money and power. 

 By passing the Act of 1871, Congress committed TREASON against the People who were Sovereign under the grants and decrees of the Declaration of Independence and the original Constitution.

The US corporation (originally called the District of Columbia) does not effect or control the 50 sovereign states that are protected from the federal government by the US Constitution for the United States adopted in 1788.
The same said Public Offices mentioned above Effectively Suspended and Impaired the Constitution of the United States (A Corporate Charter) Under Pretense of Fraud of these same Emergency Conditions.
The Impairments and Disabilities yet exist and are in full force and effect throughout the Nation and Several States of the Union. There has occured continuous breech of trust, duty and obligation imposed under Alleged Authority of the Constitution of the United States (A Corporate Charter), resulting continued abridgement of Rights, Privlages, Immunities, and Liberties of Citizens and others, all commited under Pretense of Fraud of a continuing National crises and Furtherance of Emergency Conditions.

In the "Forward" of the United States Senate Report 93-549, 1973 it States "Since March 9, 1933, the United States of America has been in a declared state of National Emergency (Bankruptcy), which has not been resolved.
Senate Report 93-549, 1973, admits and professes that "This vast range of powers taken together confers enough authority to rule our country without reference to normal Constitutional Process."

Whereas: Notice Executive Orders 6073, 6102, 6111, and 6260 on or about March 4, to March 9, 1933.
In Title 12 U.S.C. sec 95b, it is arbitrarily declared that "The Actions, Regulations, Rules, Licenses, Orders and Proclamations heretofore and hereafter taken, promulgated, made or issued by the President of the United States or the Secretary of the Treasury Since March 4, 1933, Pursuant to the authority conferred by Subsection (b) of the Act of October 6, 1917, as amended (12 U.S.C. sec 95a), are hereby approved and confirmed, (March 9, 1933, Ch 1. Title 1. Sec 1. 48 Stat. 1.)
Therefore: It is recognized that every Order Issued by the President since March 9,1933, or any Order Issued thereafter is and was automatically approved and confirmed.
These Powers being conferred under Purported (Fraud) Authority of the Act of October 6, 1917 as Amended, are wrongfully used against the Several States of the Union and the People (See Stoehr vs. Wallace 255 US 239)
Notice the Banking Emergency Act, 48 Stat. 1. March 9, 1933, Pay Close Attention to Clause 5(b), which changed the wording of "Enemy" in the War Powers Act of October 6, 1917, as amended to "Citizens within this Country, by any Person within the United States, or any place subject to the Jurisdiction thereof."
Therefore Declaring "War" on the Sovereign American People, by the Fraudulent Corporate U.S., or U.S.A. INC.

What is being dealt with is a Rogue Corporation with many Policies and Procedures of that Corporation, under the Corporate Charter that looks like the Beloved Constitution, But it is "Not"!
Each and every (Alleged Law) Policy and Procedure passed since Feb 13, 1871 is Not Law, but is actually FRAUD Perpetrated on the People during the Grant Administration.
That means each and every (Alleged Law) Policy and Procedure is UNCONSTITUTIONAL since Feb 13,1871: 
Therefore: Marbury Vs. Madison 1803 comes into play, which states "That every Law passed that is UNCONSTITUTIONAL is Null and Void, Void ab-initio from the start."
The Constitution for the united states of America 1778 with its original 13 Amendments still stands as Positive Law!
Now the Constitution of the UNITED STATES 1871 is nothing more than a Corporate Charter, and due to F.D.R. in March 1933 that Corporate Charter, The Constitution of the UNITED STATES was suspended and never has been Re-instituted since.
Those Executive Orders and Presidential Directives are Corporate Policies that are UNCONSTITUTIONAL, Due to the fact they are Policies and Procedures of the Corporate Executive Officer of the Corporation A.K.A. UNITED STATES.

Now Article III. Section III to the Constitution for the united states of America, states:
Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying war against them, or in adhering to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort. No person shall be convicted of treason unless on the testimony of two witnesses to the same overt act, or on confession in open court.
The Congress shall have power to declare the punishment of treason, but no attainder of treason shall work corruption of blood, or forfeiture except during the life of the person attainted.

Every (Alleged Law) Policy and Procedure  and Alleged Treaty since Feb 13, 1871 including the Executive Orders and Presidential Directives are an ACT of High Treason against the Constitution for the united states of America.

Therefore: My question is: Do you want a National President under the Constitution for the united states of America, or do you want to continue with a Corporate Executive Officer of a Rogue Corporation that has a suspended Charter since March 9, 1933?
