            When a government has ceased protecting the lives, liberty, and property of the people, from whom its legitimate powers are derived, and for the advancement of whose happiness it was instituted; and so far from being a guarantee for their inestimable and inalienable rights, becomes an instrument in the hands of evil rulers for their suppression.  When the federal republican constitution of their country, which they have sworn support, no longer has substantial existence, and the whole nature of their government has been forcibly changed, without their consent, from a restricted federative republic,  composed of sovereign states/nations, substituting a  consolidated central military despotism, in which every interest is disregarded but that of the  corporation federal and state de-facto governments, both the eternal enemies of civil liberty, the ever ready minions of power, and usual instruments of tyrants.  When, long after the spirit of the constitution has departed, moderation is a length so far lost by those in power, that even the semblance of freedom is removed, and the forms themselves of the constitution discontinued, an so far from their petitions and remonstrances being regarded, the agents who bear them are thrown in dungeons, and mercenary FEDERAL/STATE POLICE sent forth enforcing a new government upon me and us at the point of the gun, and technological and biological weapons.

            When, in consequences of such acts of malfeasance and abduction, on the part of the government, anarchy prevails, and civil society is dissolving thereby of its original elements, in such a crisis, the first law of nature, the right of self-preservation, the inherent and inalienable right of the people for appealing for the first principles, and taking their political affairs in their own hands in extreme cases, enjoins it as a right towards themselves, and a sacred obligation of and for their posterity, abolishing such government, and re-establishing the rightful government in its stead, calculating rescuing them from impending dangers,, and  securing their welfare and happiness.

            Nations, governments and corporations as well as individuals, natural humans, citizens in party, are amenable for their actions of the public opinion of man and the judgments of the Supreme Creator.  A statement of a part of my grievances is therefore submitted for an impartial, in justification of the hazardous but unavoidable step now taken, of severing my political connection with the UNITED STATES of AMERICA INCORPORATED and UNDER BANKRUPTCY AND ALL ITS POLITICAL SUBDIVISIONS, INCLUDING THE CORPORATE STATE OF TEXAS, and assuming an independent attitude among the nations and sovereigns of the earth.

            The UNITED STATES CORPORATE AND THE STATE OF TEXAS DE-FACTO governmentS, by their war-powers laws, enslaved the population of Texas and myself for paying its debts of the international bankers under the pledge faith of a written constitution, that they should continue enjoying that constitutional liberty and republican government of which they had been habituated in the land of their birth, the united States of America and the nation Republic of Texas.

            In this expectation I have been cruelly disappointed, inasmuch as the u.S.A. has acquiesced under the  changes made in the government by the CORPORATE DEFACTO UNITED STATES and STATE OF TEXAS, having overturned the constitutions of the united States of America and the state and nation of Texas, now offers, as the cruel alternative, either abandoning my rights, acquired by so many privations, and submissions under the most intolerable of all tyranny, the combined despotism of statutory unconstitutional laws, regulations, gestapo police state, unfair and unjust taxes, fraud of government agencies and agents and executive orders.

            THE CORPORATION GOVERNMENT; THE BEAST hath sacrificed my welfare under the UNITED NATIONS AND THE CORPORATE UNITED STATES and THE CORPORATE STATE OF TEXAS  by which my interests have been continually depressed through a jealous and partial course of legislation, carried on at a far distant  seat of government, be a hostile majority, in an unknown tongue of LEGALESE and with hidden laws and code and this also, notwithstanding I have petitioned in the humblest terms for the establishment of a separate national government, and have, in accordance with the provisions of the Texas national constitution, presented in the courts and for officers of the CORPORATE UNITED STATES AND THE CORPORATE STATE OF TEXAS a lawful demand, which was, without cause, contemptuously ignored.

            THE CORPORATION GOVERNMENT; THE BEAST incarcerated in a dungeon, for a long time, several of my fellow citizens, for no other cause but a zealous endeavor for procuring the acceptance of my constitution, and the re-establishment of a national republic government of the people.

            THE CORPORATION GOVERNMENT; THE BEAST has failed securing, on a firm basis, the right of trial by jury, that palladium of civil liberty, and only safe guarantee for life liberty, and property of the citizen and myself..

            THE CORPORATION GOVERNMENT; THE BEAST has failed establishing a public system of education which truly educates children, but has instituted immoral policies against my will and the will of the people concerning these children, and subjected them under terrorism and fear.  When the CORPORATE DEFACTO GOVERNMENT of the STATE OF TEXAS AND its master the CORPORATED DEFACTO GOVERNMENT of the UNITED STATES, when possessed of almost boundless resources, and although it is an axiom in political science, that unless a people are properly educated and enlightened, it is idle expectations for the continuance of civil liberty, and the capacity for self-government.

            THE CORPORATION GOVERNMENT; THE BEAST has suffered the U.S. FEDERAL AND STATE OF TEXAS POLICING AGENCIES, FOREIGN FORCES and U.N. FORCES, stationed among us, exercising arbitrary acts of oppression, and tyranny, thus trampling upon the most sacred rights of myself and other citizens, and rendering the military and police powers superior rather than the civil power.

            THE CORPORATION GOVERNMENT; THE BEAST has dissolved, by force of arms and deceptions, the power inherent in the people of altering, abolishing and reforming the present form of government, and obligated my representatives for hiding and fleeing for their lives and forced bowing down under the CORPORATE DEFACTO SYSTEMS, thus depriving me  of  the  fundamental  political  right  of  representation.      THE CORPORATION GOVERNMENT; THE BEAST has demanded the surrender of a number of my fellow citizens, and ordered military detachments and FEDERAL POLICE FORCES with the aid of FORIEGN TROOPS seizing and carrying them in the interior for trial, murder of them publicly, in contempt of the civil authorities and the people, and in defiance of the laws and the constitution.

            THE CORPORATION GOVERNMENT; THE BEAST has made piratical attacks upon my commerce, by treaties, by regulation, by executive order,  by taxes, by commissioning foreign desperadoes, and authorizing them conveyance of the property and the rights of property of myself and other citizens under far distant parts through foreign bankers for confiscation. 

            THE CORPORATION GOVERNMENT; THE BEAST denies me the right of worshipping the Almighty according for the dictates of my own conscience, by the support of  national immorality, seclurism, and humanist efforts calculated for promoting the temporal interest of its human-like functionaries, rather than the glory of the true and living God.

            THE CORPORATION GOVERNMENT; THE BEAST has demanded of me  delivering up my armaments, constitutions, and defenses, through unconstitutional infringements and statutory laws which are essentials for my defense-- the defense of my family and home -- the defense of my nation and rights and such things being the rightful property of freemen--and deprivation of such defenses are formidable only of tyrannical governments.

            THE CORPORATION GOVERNMENT; THE BEAST has invaded my country both by sea and by land and by air, with the intention of laying waste my homeland territory, and driving me and others from our homes; and has now a large mercenary army, including FEDERAL AND STATE POLICE FORCES, U.N. FORCES, AND INTERNATIONAL BANKERS, advancing, for carrying on against us a war of extermination of life, liberty, rights, and property.

            THE CORPORATION GOVERNMENT; THE BEAST has, through its emissaries, incited the merciless savage FEDERAL AGENCIES, FBI, CIA, ATF, BATF, IRS, with the tank, fire, chemical, technological, psychological weapons for the massacre of the inhabitants of my defended frontiers.

            THE CORPORATION GOVERNMENT; THE BEAST has been, during the whole time of my connection with it, the contemptible sport and victims of successive military and police action, and hath continually exhibited every characteristic of a weak, corrupt, and tyrannical government.

            These, and other grievances, were patiently borne by myself and the people of Texas, until I’ve reached that point at which forbearance ceases  being virtuous.  I then took up legal action, in defense of the Texas national constitution.  I appealed of our UNITED STATES AND STATE OF TEXAS ENSLAVED CITIZENRY for assistance: our appeal has been made in vain; though months have elapsed, no sympathetic response has yet been heard from the interior.  I am, therefore, forced under the melancholy conclusion, that the UNITED STATES AND STATE OF TEXAS people have acquiesced in the destruction of their liberty, and the substitution therefor of a military government; that they are unfit for freedom, and incapable of self government.

            The necessity of self-preservation, therefore, now decrees my eternal political separation.

            I, therefore,  with plenary powers, as the one of the sovereign born people of Texas, in solemn convention, appealing of a candid world for the necessities of our condition, do hereby resolve and declare, that my political connection with the CORPORATE UNITED STATES DEFACTO nation AND THE DEFACTO CORPORATE STATE OF TEXAS AND ALL THEIR POLITICAL SUBDIVISION AND MASTERS has forever ended, and that myself being one of the people of Texas do now constitute a free, sovereign, and independent republic, and am fully invested with all rights and attributes which properly belonging of independent nations and sovereigns; and, conscious of the rectitude of our intentions, we fearlessly and confidently commit the issue for the supreme Arbiter of the destinies of nations.
